This is a report was designed for a collaboration between the Kendeda Fund, a grant that invests in causes that want to make a positive change in the world, and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center, a center that helps companies start employee-owned business models for their employees. The goal of the report was to show how employee ownership has had a positive impact on the job market and average workplace.
